Each Stony Brook Cookie Gift is made fresh to order, cookies are baked and shipped the next business day (Mondays - Thursdays).
Our cookies are scooped by hand from dough made with generous amounts of dark and white Callebaut chocolate chunks, fresh AA butter, sulfite-free dried fruits, sea salt, oats and nuts toasted in our own bakery ovens. They're made without preservatives, trans fats, commercial oils, artificial flavors or colors (check out our Ingredients).
We use local producers to source our ingredients--such as unbleached flour milled just a few miles from our bakery, and antibiotic-free, hormone-free eggs from two towns away. Countless cookie tastings prove to us that an unforgettable taste experience comes from pure, simple and local ingredients!
